Duties & Responsibilities:
• Client Management which includes but is not limited to day-to-day assistance, relationship building, renewal management, Implementation and launching of Projects
• Client retention by developing and maintaining long term relationships with client contacts
• Provide strategic analysis and consulting expertise for clients’ benefit programs
• To undertake special assignments when required.
• Other tasks / functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirement. These may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirement of your position and our business.
Requirements:
• Business or Management Degree preferred
• At least three years’ experience in the field of Client Services
• Amenable to working shifting schedules
• Sound Leadership and Project management skills
• Good organizing and planning skills to manage the routine business activities with the capability to set clear and smart objectives
• Able to make business decision with quantified justifications
• Able to work with internal and external parties including but not limited to Corporate Client, vendors and internal team members;
• Solutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for results
• Detail, Solution-oriented and process-oriented thinker with strong analytical skills
• Good command in oral and written English, with strong inter-group action and good communication
