- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of the Finance Department
- Administer the Accounting, Finance, Treasury, and Payroll policies of the Company
- Monitor all financial transactions of the Company, control all expenditures and ensure compliance with Group policies
- Prepare or oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements and related schedules and reports and ensure that they are submitted on time to Group Finance. Design financial reports on the Management Reporter, as necessary.
- Comply with mid-year and year-end reporting requirements of the Group.
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process
- Prepare or oversee the preparation of the annual operating plan and monthly forecasts
- Oversee the cash management function and collection of accounts receivable as well as payments of accounts payable.
- Prepare and/or submit periodic cash forecast to provide management with information on cash position for business decisions
- Provide management with an analysis and evaluation of the financial position and performance of the company as well as Program P&L to help in management decision making.
- Prepare or review CAPEX and OPEX cases and ensure that they are approved in accordance with Group policies
- related matters and helps set long term strategies and goals.
- Ensure compliance with requirements of the BIR, PEZA, NSO, BSP, SSS, HDMF, PHIC and other Government agencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- CPA and / or with extensive background in the Area of Accounting /Finance
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- 3-5 years key leadership role in a BPO / Outsourcing / Contact Center / Shared Service industry
- Knowledge of PFRS/IFRS
- Knowledge and application of taxation laws and other regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
- Able to develop financial forecast and annual operating plan models
- With experience in cash management
- With experience in Microsoft GP and Management Reporter or similar accounting system
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio etc …)
- Able to work under pressure
