Responsibilities:
  • Act as a change agent and employee champion;
  • Serves as a consultant to management on human resources related issues; Act as single point of contact for HR Process/initiative as assigned
  • Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units
  • Strategic Planning and Analysis to include reports e.g. recruitment status, cost, staff churn rate analysis, etc.
  • Assist employees’ journey throughout their lifecycle in the organization from onboarding to off-boarding
  • Perform all-rounded HR account servicing, employee relations and engagement
  •  Keep abreast of latest government compliance requirements and DOLE issuances
  • Implementation of global initiatives
  • Other tasks / functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirement. These may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirement of your position and our business.

 

 

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • The candidate must have 3 years’ working experience as a Manager in Human Resources
  • Progressive working experience in Human Resources of 10 years and above
  • Hands-on experience in handling Case Management, Employee Relations and Engagement, Recruitment, Comp& Ben, Data Analytics and Labor Law
  • Self starter who is target-driven and motivated
  • Detailed and process-oriented, Goal-oriented and Results-driven
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio etc …)
  • Able to work under pressure
