Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Lead Training Department
  • Plan and execute People Initiatives (Learning, Leadership, Talent and Organizational Development) to support business outcomes, enhance professional competencies and improve employee engagement
  • Develop existing Training Programs to include career development activities
  • Conduct and facilitate selected training programs as well as roll out blended learning initiatives
  • Track various metrics including learning and talent data to ensure effectiveness of programs and that the   service level agreement is duly met
  •  Manage and Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys as well as collating results, benchmarking data, consultation with Upper Management and assist in implementing Programs / Plans
  • Spearhead Employee Clubs and other engagement activities
  • Ensure that policies, programs and processes are developed, implemented, communicated and consistently administered in compliance with operational objectives
  • Other tasks / functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirement. These may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirement of your position and our business.

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s / College  Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field
  • Extensive knowledge in L&D, Talent Management and/or Organizational Development concepts
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across various organizational levels
  • Highly collaborative team player with problem-solving mindset to achieve results
  • Strong project management skills
  • Technical and digitally savvy
  • Thrives under challenging situations and comfortable with change and ambiguity
  • Able to work under pressure
