Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Total Rewards (TR) Department in the implementation and maintenance of compensation programs and related systems. Such programs include annual compensation planning and base pay program, bonus and other incentive plans, job evaluations and salary surveys.

Conduct compensation analyses to support the development of competitive total reward programs.

Assists in updating the base pay structure based on the results of the competitive analyses and modelling.

Provide full analytics and reporting support during the annual comp planning cycle (conducted via Workday)

Assists in administering pay changes and hire offers for their assigned functions

Perform compensation and benefits data audits on a regular basis to ensure data integrity and adherence to guidelines

Responds to requests for compensation reviews and assists in preparing recommended response

Provide incentive and bonus plan support including analysis, quarterly accrual calculations, auditing, participant tracking, finance reporting and other ad hoc requirements.

Maintain market pricing system, MarketPay, and ensure overall system and data integrity

Support participation in annual salary surveys and miscellaneous, ad-hoc compensation surveys as needed

Coordinate with the CM team in the maintenance of job profiles (codes) and job descriptions

Gather information, create spreadsheets, perform trend analysis, etc. for a variety of projects and processes

Conduct job evaluations using standard job evaluation techniques

Partner with comp teams to ensure data abs system readiness to support global processes

Supports on-going efforts to ensure competitiveness, cost effectiveness, and equity of pay programs

Assist with day-to-day general salary administration processes and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
