Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
Supervise technical and skills training for training specialists.
Conduct orientation sessions among training specialists on newly developed programs.
Conceptualize training modules according to the training needs analysis.
Institute provision for multimedia visual aids and presentations in coordination with other stakeholders.
Validate program curriculum, testing and evaluation processes.
Prepare and implement training budget if applicable.
Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
Conduct performance evaluations or Training Specialists.
Provide performance feedback to training specialists.
Conduct continuing education training across the organizational paradigm.
Provide leadership development education.
Build solid cross-functional relationships within the organization.
Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.
Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets as applicable.
Assist with the development of strategic plans within and outside of the department.
Registered Nurse or a Doctor of Medicine degree holder with CCS, COC, CIC credentials
Minimum 5-years experience in medical coding Operations and/or Training
Has strong collaboration with AHIMA and AAPC
Utilization Review, Utilization Management, Revenue Cycle, Back office and other CPO related processes.
Management or supervisory skills and Microsoft environment skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
